What sort of services do you offer ?
We are a straight forward cleaning company we like to call our service a fully customised service and while our maid is working in your property they will carry out all home duties required, ironing, cleaning, oven cleaned ect.
What do I need to supply my cleaner ?
The only thing that we ask our customers to supply is a mop & bucket for any hard floors. We supply all other necessary cleaning equipment needed. All staff carry all of the correct equipment needed for all aspects of cleaning, whether it be descaling a toilet or cleaning an oven. We do not re-use cloths we always supply new ones for each clean this is to stop cross contamination between properties.
How do you carry out checks on your staff ?
At Diamond Maids we promote our company as a "professional" cleaning company and therefore we do not use any form of agencies at all. All of the staff are members of the Diamond Maids team and to become part of our company must go through the following.

Four weeks of rigorous training with senior staff before being allowed to work alone
Must speak full English

How flexible are you can I have any specific day ?
Yes absolutely ! We work hard to ensure that we can tick all the boxes for every customer
Our staff work Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:30
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We are flexible with our payment terms, we do not require any up front payment. All payments are made after work is carried out either weekly or 4 weekly, payments can be made by DD, electronic payment, cash or cheque. Payment can be left with your cleaner.
Will I have the same cleaner ?
Yes all maids have there own client list to work with, this ensures that the maid knows the routine in cleaning your property and can carry it out to your specific liking. In the event of sickness or holiday another qualified member of our staff will stand in to ensure that your cleaning schedule is not disturbed.
What do I do about my house keys?
We hold keys for about 75% of our clients. Upon collecting a key we issue a key receipt, all keys are kept in a secure location each day and are coded for identification.
